Easter Sale Terms & Conditions

The Easter Sale starts at 19:30 on 2 April 2026 and ends at 23:59 on 6 April 2026. Discounts cannot be honoured outside this period.

  • 20% off sitewide is applied automatically at checkout. No code required.
  • Sale pricing applies sitewide, excluding non-discountable items.
  • The 20% sale discount cannot be combined with any other offer, including discount codes or affiliate codes.
  • BYOBB offer is limited to the first 10 purchases; sale pricing applies thereafter (£1,225 excluding VAT).

TikTok Terms & Conditions

TikTok is its own entity and selling platform. We are unable to honour discounts associated with TikTok on our website or app.

Nail Order’s Egg-stravaganza Live will take place on Monday 6 April, from 10:00 to 16:00. Viewers will have a chance to win prizes and receive discounts on limited-time flash sales.

Free egg gifts are applicable only to the first 60 customers to place an order on the live after 10:00 on Monday, totalling £30 before shipping fees. Eggs contain one gift from a pool of: 1 x 7g gel polish, 1 x 5g builder gel, 1 x 10g dura gel, 1 x knuckleduster-scrunchie-keysie combo.

Gifts cannot be swapped and are randomly selected. Gifts cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

Standard Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the supply of professional nail products by Nail Order ("Supplier") to the customer ("Customer").
  2. The Supplier shall supply the Customer with the professional nail products set out in the Order Confirmation (the "Goods").
  3. The price of the Goods shall be the price set out in the Order Confirmation. All prices are in UK pounds sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT.
  4. The Customer shall pay for the Goods immediately upon issue of an invoice. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, Klarna, Clearpay, Apple Pay or PayPal.
  5. The Supplier shall deliver the Goods to the Customer's premises within 14 working days of receiving payment in full, except where the Customer is located outside of mainland UK. The Customer shall be responsible for all costs of delivery.
  6. The risk in the Goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery.
  7. The Customer may return the Goods to the Supplier within 14 days of delivery if they are defective or not as described. The Customer shall be responsible for the costs of returning the Goods. All goods must be unopened and unused unless the product is defective.
  8. The Supplier's liability to the Customer for any loss or damage arising from the supply of the Goods shall be limited to the price of the Goods.
  9. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
  10. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties, whether written or oral.
  11. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  12. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
  13. All notices and other communications under these Terms shall be in writing. They shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered by hand or on the second business day following deposit in first-class post, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

    If to the Customer: [Customer Name] [Address]
    or to such other address as either party may designate in writing from time to time.
  14. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, fires, floods, earthquakes, and storms.
  15. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
  16. These Terms may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
